Cesar Perez, a 37-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2017, in Arlington, TX. He was the manager of Zona Caliente Sports Bar and Grill, where he was shot and killed by a customer named James Jones, 48, who had entered the bar and began yelling incoherently.
