Lisa Marie Saenz, a 31-year-old Hispanic woman, was found dead on March 11, 2017, near the Trinity River in Dallas, Texas. Her body was discovered by kayakers who heard gunshots while paddling along the river. Saenz had been shot multiple times and suffered blunt force injuries, including a bruised lip, shoulder, and a broken arm. The autopsy confirmed that she had been abducted, led to the river bottoms, and shot multiple times before her body was disposed of in the river.
