Jose Pedro Dominguez-Campos, a 53-year-old Hispanic male, tragically died on March 12, 2017, in Austin, Texas. He was fatally shot in the front yard of his residence on Burd Creek Drive in North Austin. Emergency services responded to the scene at around 6:42 p.m. and found Dominguez-Campos with gunshot wounds to his chest and back. Despite being rushed to UMC Brackenridge, he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
