Cedrick Henry Spigner, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. Cedrick was shot to death near the intersection of Jim Miller Road and Great Trinity Forest Way. The incident occurred on a Saturday afternoon, and the Dallas Police Department immediately launched an investigation into the homicide.
