Monica Tharpe, a 31-year-old woman from Bruceville, TX, tragically lost her life on May 20, 2017. She was fatally shot by her estranged husband, Kevin Tharpe, 40, in a murder-suicide incident. Monica had recently moved out of their shared home and was planning to file for divorce. According to her mother, Monica wanted to live a full life and had expressed her desire to leave Kevin.
