Fabian Gutierrez, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically died on October 8, 2017, in Austin, Texas. He was involved in an altercation with two other men in the parking lot of an apartment complex on East Stassney Lane. Witnesses reported seeing the altercation and noted that the two men fled the scene in a red Dodge Ram diesel truck after stabbing Gutierrez. EMS transported Gutierrez to St. David's South Austin Medical Clinic, where he succumbed to his injuries just before 10 p.m.
