Terrail L. Meyers, a 27-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on July 28, 2012. The incident occurred at 2066 E. 38th Street, where officers were dispatched following a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered Terrail suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
