On the morning of September 12, 2012, authorities in Kansas City, Missouri, launched a homicide investigation following the discovery of a deceased individual in the Northeast area of the city. Police officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Colorado Avenue around 8:09 a.m. after receiving a call regarding a shooting. upon arrival, first responders located the victim inside a vehicle with no apparent signs of life.
