Cole Harrell, a 23-year-old former high school football star, was tragically shot and killed on December 17, 2017, during a fight at a house party in Northeast Houston. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at a home near Waterside View and Catherine Bay in the Summerwood area. According to police reports, the altercation began when a man, later identified as Isaiah Kain Salas-Martinez, arrived at the party armed with a shotgun and a semi-automatic pistol.
