Angel Garcia, 17, a Hispanic male from Houston, was shot and killed late on the night of August 30, 2025, during a sprawling outdoor party in the 14700 block of Waldine Street in east Harris County. Deputies said the gathering drew roughly 200 people to an open area between trailers where a live band played and admission was charged.
