In the early afternoon of September 10, 2012, a violent encounter in Kansas City, Missouri, led to the tragic death of James A. Bradley-Piseno, a 22-year-old Black male. At approximately 1:45 p.m., police officers were dispatched to 4004 E. 56th Terrace, where they discovered a grim scene. Inside a gray four-door Buick, Bradley-Piseno and another man were found suffering from gunshot wounds.
