Tony Mosby, a 58-year-old African American male from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2018. Mosby was a dedicated employee of the United States Postal Service and was driving a USPS truck along Interstate 30 near downtown Dallas when he was fatally shot.
