Felix Cazarez, a 38-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on February 28, 2018, in Dallas, TX. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Lolita Drive, where Felix Cazarez shot and killed his mother-in-law, Lilia Rangel, 65, and then shot his wife in the face before turning the gun on himself. The wife managed to escape with their two small children and call the police. She was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
