In the winter of 2012, the life of 34-year-old Shannon D. Milligan, a male resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Sunday, December 23rd, police were called to the area of 42nd and Olive streets. There, they discovered Milligan lying in the street, having sustained a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
