Tiffany McKnight, a 29-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, tragically lost her life on April 22, 2018. She was fatally shot by Dondrick Flagg, a 29-year-old man, after she refused to let him use her cellphone. McKnight had just returned from a grocery store to her townhome on the 2500 block of Reed Road when Flagg approached her and asked to use her phone.
