Phuong Thuy Vuong, a 35-year-old woman of Vietnamese ethnicity, tragically died on June 29, 2019, in Houston, TX. She was found deceased in her bed at her residence on Cedarmoor Court, having suffered a gunshot wound. The incident was reported to be a result of a domestic dispute.
