On April 23, 2018, Otto Hernandez, a 35-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was found shot to death in Killeen, Texas. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Root Avenue. The Killeen Police Department was dispatched to the scene at approximately 6:32 p.m.

Following the tragic event, a thorough investigation was launched. On December 6, 2018, the Bell County Grand Jury indicted three individuals for the murder of Otto Hernandez. The suspects included 31-year-old Talitha Marieanne Coll ...
