Pablo Hernandez, a 46-year-old Hispanic man from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on June 9, 2018. He was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds at an apartment complex located in the 12200 block of Old Walters Road. Two black male suspects were seen following Hernandez into the complex and then fleeing in a blue Chevrolet Malibu.
The investigation into Hernandez's death revealed that the suspects had initially planned to steal his car.
Surveillance footage showed the suspects calmly walking to their getaway car after attacking Hernandez, indicating a bold and brazen act. Despite the presence of surveillance cameras, the suspects did not seem to care and proceeded with their plan.
The Houston Police Department sought the public's help in identifying the suspects, who were described as possibly being in their mid-20s. One suspect was seen wearing an orange hoodie and camouflage pants, while the other wore a white T-shirt, a camouflage jacket, and dark or black shorts. The HPD urged anyone with information about the case or the suspects' identities to come forward.
As of now, the case remains unsolved, and the suspects have not been apprehended. The HPD continues to investigate the incident, hoping to bring justice for Pablo Hernandez and his family.
