David Morales, a 29-year-old male, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2018, in Midland, Texas. Morales was fatally shot during an altercation at a Whataburger on Interstate 20. The incident occurred when Julio Cesar Lopez-Beltran got into an argument with two other individuals, which escalated and resulted in the shooting of Morales and another person.
