Homero Calderon, a 40-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead on June 29, 2018, in southern Dallas County near Hutchins, Texas. Calderon, who served as a Deputy Sheriff for the Dallas County Sheriff's Department, died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. His death was ruled a suicide by the authorities.
