Aretha Ellen Robinson, 47, was found dead on March 31, 2013, in an alley in the south side of St. Louis, Missouri. Her death was ruled a homicide after it was determined that she had been strangled. Robinson’s body was discovered early in the morning, and her death marked a somber addition to the rising homicide count in the city.
