Donald Jenkins, a 47-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, was tragically found shot to death on August 2, 2018, inside the home of Juan Alfredo Alvarez, who was renting the property to Jenkins and his partner, Cheryl Trimmier, aged 52. The couple was discovered deceased in the 7000 block of Wildbriar Court East on Fort Worth's east side.
