Fernando Solis, a 28-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on September 16, 2018, in San Marcos, Texas. He was an off-duty Kyle Police Officer at the time of his death. Fernando was born on January 8, 1990, in Guanajuato, Mexico, and later moved to the United States. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps before joining the Kyle Police Department in February 2017.
