Melissa Arredondo, a 28-year-old woman from Orange Grove, Texas, tragically lost her life on November 14, 2018. She was the victim of a murder-suicide, which investigators determined was the culmination of an ongoing case of domestic abuse. Arredondo's body was discovered on the side of County Road 353, just east of Orange Grove. The incident deeply affected her family and friends, who gathered for a candlelight vigil to remember her.
