Alvaro Carrillo Sotelo, a 46-year-old man from Seguin, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2018. He was riding his bicycle in the 600 block of Dolle Avenue when he was shot in the hand and abdomen by an unknown assailant. Sotelo was airlifted to a hospital in San Antonio, where he succumbed to his injuries. The incident shocked the local community, as Sotelo was known for his helpful nature and willingness to assist neighbors with various tasks.
