On September 2, 2023, at approximately 2:11 a.m., Seguin Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 100 block of North River Street in Seguin, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Adrian Barbosa, a resident of New Braunfels, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate lifesaving efforts by the officers, Barbosa was pronounced dead at the scene.
