On October 5, 2010, 37-year-old David Williams was found shot to death inside his home at 1826 Hewitt Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred late at night, and the Cincinnati Police Department responded to the scene, which soon became part of an ongoing homicide investigation.
