On October 5, 2010, 37-year-old David Williams was found shot to death inside his home at 1826 Hewitt Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred late at night, and the Cincinnati Police Department responded to the scene, which soon became part of an ongoing homicide investigation. Williams' body was discovered inside the home, where he had been fatally shot under circumstances that are still not fully clear.
