On a late Thursday evening in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of 26-year-old Qualisha Mitchell was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On August 22, 2013, Mitchell was a passenger in a vehicle traveling westbound on Natural Bridge Avenue, near Belt Avenue. As the car moved through the city, another vehicle, described as a white Chevy Malibu, pulled alongside them.
