Austin Robert Burroughs, a 22-year-old active-duty Airman, was fatally shot on January 20, 2019, in Cedar Park, Texas. Burroughs, who was with his wife at the time, was exiting their vehicle in the parking lot of the Lakeline Villas Apartments when he was shot in the neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the shooting.

Three individuals were arrested in connection with Burroughs' death: Elanna Wilkes, Cornelius Martin, and Darious Burdett-Hornsby. According to police, the ...
