Osmen Mar, an 18-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2019. The incident occurred in West Houston, where Mar was visiting his girlfriend. According to reports, Mar, who was intoxicated at the time, became agitated when his girlfriend asked him to leave. In a fit of anger, he began breaking windows and damaging his girlfriend's vehicle.
