Anthony Terrell, a 28-year-old Black man, was found fatally shot near a car with a 2-year-old child inside on February 8, 2019, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at the Champion Townhomes at 11200 Veterans Memorial Drive. Harris County Sheriff's deputies discovered his body near the car, and the child, who was related to Terrell, was found unharmed inside the vehicle.
