Davonte Rashed White, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2019, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. at a gas station located at 7700 W. Montgomery Road. Davonte was one of two men who were shot during an altercation involving two groups of men. He was transported to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
