Michelle Nicole Steinman-Davis, a 24-year-old woman from Millsap, Texas, tragically lost her life on March 26, 2019. She was fatally shot by her boyfriend, Stephen Joshua Martinez, off Interstate 20 in Millsap. The incident led to a significant legal case, as Martinez was later arrested and charged with her murder.
