Tom A. Jones, age 36, was shot and killed on November 12, 2013, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident took place in the city's Baden neighborhood, where officers found Jones with gunshot wounds after responding to reports of a shooting. Despite efforts to provide aid, Jones was pronounced dead at the scene.
