Sebastien Roro Montez, a 16-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. He was one of two victims fatally shot in a drive-by shooting incident that occurred in the 1500 block of Hays Street. Montez and another individual, Corey Byrd, 20, were standing near a bus stop when a black SUV drove up and opened fire. A third man, 19-year-old Paschal Evans, was also present but survived the attack with life-threatening injuries.
