Joshua Hari McCubbin, a 20-year-old male of White ethnicity, tragically died on June 12, 2019, in Fort Worth, Texas. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head, and the manner of death was ruled as suicide. McCubbin was found in a motel room located on South Fwy in Fort Worth. The incident was investigated by the Fort Worth Police Department, and the case was handled by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office.
