Curtis Dewayne Sims Jr., a 23-year-old African American man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2022. He was found in a parking lot at an apartment complex in the 8500 block of Aventine Lane, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Curtis succumbed to his injuries.
