Derek Locke, a 30-year-old male from Fort Worth, Texas, was tragically found dead on January 28, 2001. His body was discovered lying on the ground in Cobb Park, with his Chevrolet Blazer pick-up truck parked nearby. It was later determined that he had been shot.
