Frank Lara, a 26-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, was reported missing on June 23, 2019. His remains were discovered on August 24, 2019, on a ranch in Bandera County. Lara, a tattoo artist, was fatally shot in a car before his body was disposed of on the ranch.
