Luis Rene Murrufo, a 36-year-old Hispanic male from Tyler, Texas, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when law enforcement officers responded to reports of a shooting at a residence located in the 1500 block of County Road 328 West in Tyler.
