Julius B. Caesar, a 35-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on July 13, 2019, in Houston, TX. He was fatally shot outside a convenience store in the 13300 block of Northborough Drive, just west of the North Freeway. Witnesses reported that Caesar had an argument with another male in the parking lot before the suspect shot him multiple times and fled the scene in a tan, late-90s model GMC pickup truck.
