Dominic Royale Partida, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from Houston, Texas, tragically passed away on March 20, 2022. Dominic was known for his joyful personality, love for basketball, and passion for animals. He was shot near his home in the 900 block of Woolworth Street around 1 a.m. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
