On February 14, 2014, Alando Scott, a 39-year-old man from St. Louis, was shot and killed in front of 7875 Goya Place. Responding to a call around 3:00 PM, police found Scott lying outside his vehicle, which had its driver’s door open. Witnesses at the scene described the suspect as a Black male, approximately 5'9" tall, weighing between 130 and 140 pounds, and wearing a long black pea coat and black skullcap.
