In the late hours of a Saturday night in New Orleans, on September 3, 2016, the life of 25-year-old Javon Janerro 'Tokyo' Johnigan was tragically cut short. A graduate of John McDonough Senior High School and a devoted father to his three children, Jamai, Jamya, and Jada, Javon was in the B.W. Cooper neighborhood when he was fatally shot.
