Nicholas R. Kapusniak, aged 20, was killed in a drive-by shooting on March 1, 2014, in St. Louis, Missouri. Kapusniak, a student at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy, was attending a gathering in the rear yard of a home in the 2700 block of Accomac Street when the incident occurred. Around 1 a.m., gunshots were fired from a passing white sedan as it traveled eastbound through the alley. Kapusniak was struck by the gunfire and died from his injuries.
