Carlos Arajeni-Arriaza Morillo, a 24-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2019, in Grand Prairie, Texas. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. when Morillo and another individual, Cristian Lobos, 18, were lured to the 300 block of Northeast 5th Street by two teenagers, Jesse Martinez, 18, and Philip Aguilera Baldenegro, 19.
