Vincent Smith, a 54-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically passed away on August 21, 2019. His death was a result of a shooting incident at an apartment complex where he worked as a maintenance worker. The incident occurred in the front office of the Marq on West 7th Street in Fort Worth.
