Dion Perlaza, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2019, in Houston, Texas. He was one of two victims shot at around 4:15 a.m. on the Southwest Freeway . Dion and another young man, Ryan Carrol, were in a black Nissan Maxima when they were attacked by an unknown suspect or suspects. Dion was critically injured and transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive.
