James Coles, a 46-year-old male from Hallsville, Texas, was tragically killed on November 8, 2019. The incident occurred in Hallsville, a small town near Longview, Texas. According to the Harrison County Sheriff's Office, the shooting took place at 1588 Quail Lane around 12:12 p.m. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found James Coles suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Mike Smith.
