Thomas Rayvon Simmons, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 14, 2019, in Humble, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death were part of a double homicide investigation. Harris County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the scene where they found Thomas Rayvon Simmons and another individual, Charity Freeman, both deceased from gunshot wounds.
